Trois plantages en une semaine [RESOLU]

Bonjour à vous ?
Je viens quérir votre aide parce que cela fait la troisième fois en une semaine que mon ordinateur cesse toute activité pour me renvoyer sur un écran noir avec curseur. Les deux premières fois il ne m'avait rien affiché d'autre. Un peu naïve (ou ayant la foi, je ne sais pas), j'ai fait faire une mise à jour manuelle, car cela n'avait eu lieu depuis un moment. Sauf qu'aujourd'hui rebelotte, il plante de nouveau. Mais cette fois il a eu la bonté de me donner quelques informations (qui ne parlent pas du tout à la novice que je suis).

Du coup... Auriez-vous une petite idée de ce qui lui arrive ? Serait-il en train de décéder lentement mais sûrement ? Y aurait-il quelque chose à faire à mon niveau ?

Ubuntu 20.04 focal (x86-64)
Cinnamon 4.4.8

Bonjour,

Donne le retour de :

sudo apt update

Montre aussi d'éventuels paquets cassés :

dpkg -l | grep -v ^ii

en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande.

Conseils pour les nouveaux demandeurs et pas qu'eux

Pour nettoyer :

Oui, pour la musique. Cela m'évite le long fil qui passe au travers de la pièce. C'est ce qui fait coincer le système ?

Je vois blueman dans les crashs.

Montre :

uname -a; lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net; lsusb; dmesg | grep -i bluetooth; dmesg | grep -i firmware; lsmod | grep bluetooth
dpkg -l | grep blue
rfkill list all

et avec un terminal dont au préalable la fenêtre est élargie, afin de ne pas tronquer les lignes :

sudo service bluetooth status

A priori, le paramètre "swcrypto" ne semble avoir aucune incidence sur ma connexion, mais je le laisse par simple précaution.

Ah super, merci beaucoup ! J'ai entré la commande, je verrai bien si cela plante à nouveau ou pas. Je n'ai pas encore eu vraiment le temps de parcourir les sujets où la solution fut proposée, je le ferai pour essayer de comprendre un tantinet de quoi il s'agit.
