=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to sign-grub) and reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda1, using the following options: sdd1/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot use-standard-efi-file

=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair

bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\...\grub*.efi

=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-4.15.0-33-generic root=UUID=e0e3f453-f24e-4c27-b9fe-17f8b2ea80f9 ro quiet iommu=soft splash vt.handoff=1
