Un Data/Fax Modem en 56 k est un ancien fax/modem bas débit, pas une carte wifi ! D'ailleurs ton propre lien ne contient ni "wifi" ni "wireless".

Justement je ne regarde pas de vidéos ni n'écoute de la musique parce que comme je l'ai dit précédement ma carte son n'a jamais fonctionné , je n'ai même pas trouvé de drivers appropriés .

Pour ta RAM, je n'ai pas de certitude. Mais je crois que tu as de la DDR. Sinon, ton pc ramerait abominablement et je ne pense pas que tu aurais la possibilité de mettre 3 fois 1 Gio.

modem qui bride ta connexion à 56 k !
sauf si ta carte-mère est dépourvue de prise RJ45, ce qui serait très étonnant ET que tu n'as pas de carte wifi.
Concrètement : si tu vois 2 prises RJ45 (ethernet, à 8 broches) à l'arrière de ta tour,
tu vires le modem.
Puis, le câble qui relie ta box et ton pc, tu le branches à ta carte mère.

Pour ta carte son SiS963, je crois que son pilote n'est plus dans les noyaux actuels, mais qu'on peut trouver un pilote sur la Toile : à vérifier. Donne

Je ne pense pas avoir de carte wifi , j'utilisait une clé wifi configuré à l'installation de l'OS récemment mais j'ai arrété car comme dit précédemment , avec elle le chargement du bios était 2 fois plus long.

Reste à comprendre pourquoi le noyau lui en cherche un second...
Pour ôter le modem-carte-fille, après ouverture de la tour, il faut (presque toujours) un tournevis cruciforme de taille moyenne.
Ta carte-mère a déjà cette carte réseau filaire :
