Installation échouée
Bonjour,
J'ai installé ubuntu cette nuit, j'ai eu une coupure d'electricite pendant l'installation (pc sur secteur seul)
J'ai donc essayé de réinstaller et au bout de quelques minutes j'ai un message me disant qu'il y'a un problème sur le hdd, ou le lecteur cd...que l'installation doit s'arrêter.
J'arrive tout de même sous Linux mais il y'a bcp de pb (clavier, langues...) bref l'installation est ratée.
Je viens demander conseil pour savoir si je dois réessayer l'installation en supprimant ubuntu (peur que du coup l'installation ne se fasse pas du tout) ou si il y'a autre chose à faire pour réparer?

Bonjour,
Je te prie de faire un rapport Bisnext depuis une session live de Ubuntu. Comme c'est depuis une session live, c'est le paragraphe 3. Installation, génération et publication du rapport depuis une session autonome (live) qu'il faut suivre pour faire ce rapport.

Bonsoir,
Comme tu viens juste d'installer en ramassant une panne électrique, je te propose de recommencer totalement ton installation en tout reformatant.
Tu as un problème de qualité disque (60 secteurs fichus) qui pourrait expliquer le problème du mauvais fonctionnement qu'on constate dans les traces.
Je ne sais pas si la cause est la panne électrique ou si cela pré-existait.

Ce n'est pas primordial mais comme ton matériel est ancien, tu aurais mieux fait d'installer Ubuntu 16.04.1 64 bits plutôt que Ubuntu 16.04.2 64 bits. Motif : la version 16.04.2 est adaptée pour les ordis les plus récents et il y a un risque potentiel que cette adaptation aux plus récents puisse donner des soucis aux anciens (risque de bug). Puisque tu dois réinstaller, je te conseille de faire une LiveUSB avec cette version 16.04.1 64 bits en suivant cette recette qui utilise UNetbootin (*) : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p21556450
Tu fais un essai en session live (Essayer Ubuntu sans l'installer) et si c'est OK, tu fais l'installation.
(*) si tu as l'habitude d'utiliser un autre logiciel que UNetbootin pour faire tes LiveUSB, tu peux l'utiliser mais je te recommande de télécharger à l'avance le fichier ISO que j'indique dans la recette ( ubuntu-16.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso ) de sorte qu'il soit utilisé par le logiciel au lieu que le logiciel ait à le télécharger lui-même au risque qu'il télécharge le "mauvais" fichier (la version 16.04.2 au lieu de 16.04.1 ou bien la version 32 bits au lieu de la 64 bits, etc...)

Bonsoir et merci pour vos retours.
Je ne sais pas si la cause est la panne électrique ou si cela pré-existait.
Je pense que le pb était déjà présent. Le pc a tourné au ralenti du jour au lendemain pour finir par ne plus s'allumer. Après 1 an au repos j'ai réussi à le réanimer, réinstaller win7, mais toujours les éternels mêmes problèmes, j'ai donc sauté le pas vers Linux mais ça rame encore (bcp bcp moins que sous 7)
Le hdd est peut être fatigué.

changer de version était justement mon activité des derniers jours. J'attendais des réponses avant de faire quoi que ce soit (par contre, j'ai chargé l'iOS de la dernière version (17)
Je vais donc récupérer la version que tu recommande par contre, ubuntu ne me lit pas unetbootin (.bin) et je n'ai pas d'autres pc sous la main (tu vas peut être me conseiller de récupérer l'iso et le logiciel plutôt sur une autre machine?)

Laisse tomber ma proposition. Pour moi les lignes suivantes extraites du rapport Bisnext révèlent que ton disque dur de 640 Go est défectueux :

Il est possible de faire un test sérieux de qualité du disque qui va détruire le contenu des partitions et donner la liste intégrale de ce qui est fichu. Si c'est très localisé, on peut isoler. Si c'est partout et que la quantité reste limitée, on peut disqualifier ces secteurs.
Suivant ce que tu décides.....
La mécanique du HDD me semble encore en bon état

Je pensais bien que le HDD avait un soucis. Je l'ai surement trop sollicité (menfin, 3 ans de vie c'est un peu leger quand meme)
Trop tard pour la reinstallation, c'est fait (je suis tres reacive^^), je pensais avoir chargé la version 16.04.1 mais en fait non, elle est introuvable, c'est la meme version que precedement que j'ai reinstallé. Ca va bcp mieux mais c'est encore assez lent. (bon au moins mon pc est vivant).
Ca implique quoi ta proposition Bougron?
Je ne risque pas de lui faire encore un peu plus de mal?
Si tu parles de chocs physiques, alors non, il n'a jamais pris de choc. A l'epoque, sur un forum d'entreaide, on m'avait expliqué qu'il y'avait trop d'allumage/arret sur mon rapport HDD et qu'il etait mort et a changer.
Dans l'immediat, j'aimerai essayer de recuperer les données d'un autre hdd (que j'ai branché dans un boitier en rack), j'ouvre un autre sujet (parce qu'evidement je rencontre des dificultés) une fois fait je pourrai envisager d'effectuer ce que tu proposes.

le g sense error rate parle du nombre de chocs mais comprendre que cela peut être des vibrations dues a une fixation mal faite ou un portable utilisé dans le train.
La solution de test que j'envisageais est très destructrice. Le disque peut y laisser sa peau.
Mais on est fixé sur sa qualité.

Apparement pas a rien, puisque j'ai suivi toutes tes reponses. Le fait est que pour suivre le forum il m'a fallu me connecter depuis mon telephone, je n'ai simplement pas vu la toute fin de ton message, qui m'aurai bien aidé puisque j'ai cherché un moment sur le pc de mes voisins pour trouver la version! Quand je l'ai enfin trouvé, pendant l' installation, j'ai constaté que c'etait la version precedente.
Bon, en meme temps, je ne comprends pas ta reponse, puisque au post #7 tu me dis de laisser tomber ta proposition!
Bougron, j'ai effectivement trainé mon pc partout (en voiture)...peut etre ca! Je vais lire ton lien et vais l'enviseager, peut etre plus tard, parce que pour le moment c'est le seul outil informatique qu'il me reste, si je tue le HDD je ne pourrai pas en racheter un de suite (priorité aux reparation automobile )

Non, le disque n'est pas fichu. Ce qui est fichu avec certitude, ce sont 60 secteurs qui n'ont pas été réparés.
Comme le firmware du disque sait les réparer ( il en a déjà fait 34) Cela ferait en tout une centaine de secteurs.

Il faut savoir combien sont en mauvais état. S'il y en en a pas mal ( plus de 1000? plus de 50000?) cela commence à devenir inquiétant.
Il faut alors passer à la détections des N° fichus. S'ils sont répartis sur le disque, ==> Le disque devient inutilisable
Mais, ils peuvent être groupés, Dans ce cas, il peut y avoir seulement 25 Mo a neutraliser.

Mais cette détection peut finir de détruire le disque. (Cela est déjà arrivé 2 ou 3 fois dans mes discussions.)

des que j'ai reparé l'autre pc je testerai tes propositions bougron, comme ca si il meurt, j'en acheterai simplement un autre et puis si on arrive a le reparer alors c'est top
