plantage générale de Kubuntu
bonjour à tous voila depuis environ 3 ans j'utilise Kubuntu 64 bits comme système d'exploitation.
actuellement je suis à la version 17.04. le problème sérieux que je rencontre avec ce système est qu'il plante sans possibilité de réagir ( je parle de :
- non réaction de la combinaison ctrl+alt+F1 ou ..F6
- paralysie totale du curseur
- paralysie totale du système
- paralysie complet coté matérielle
- non réaction de mes voyant lumineux marqué sur les touches de claviers suite à une pression senser les déclencher
- non signalement lumineux de la souris USB connecté à un port après le déclenchement).
je tiens à souligner que je fais mon constamment à jour via les commandes :
- sudo apt-get update
- sudo apt-get dist-upgrade.
l'installation de mon système a été faite de la manière suivante :
swap : 2 go (ma RAM est de 4 go)
partition primaire racine : 46.57 go
partition primaire /home : 101.52 go
merci d'avance de trouver une solution définitive non seulement pour moi mais aussi pour les versions futures de ubuntu.

Bonjour,
Depuis une session de ton Kubuntu installé, je te prie de faire un rapport Bisnext. C'est le paragraphe 2. Installation, génération et publication du rapport depuis une session standard qui est à suivre pour faire ce rapport
EDIT : ce serait utile que tu donnes également le nom complet du modèle de ton ordi (parfois, c'est indiqué correctement dans le rapport Bisnext mais c'est souvent le nom d'une famille de modèles qui est indiqué et c'est trop vague)

j'aimerai ajouter à ce problème le faite que mon système ne détecte pas le connexion par câble ethernet seul le sans fil marche. Toutefois la connexion ethernet donne bien sur le même système installer en live CD.

Essaie la procédure proposée par tarkan99 dans le post #6 de cette discussion : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p21723926
Cette procédure permet de résoudre un problème avec le processeur Intel Pentium N3540 qui équipe ta machine.
A noter : comme tu utilises Kubuntu, il faudra que tu utilises kate (éditeur de texte de Kubuntu) au lieu de mousepad (éditeur de texte de Xubuntu) dans la procédure de tarkan99. La première commande à passer sera donc :
gksu kate /etc/default/grub
EDIT : dans le post #3, tu as collé ton rapport Bisnext comme un chancre. Je te prie de t'appuyer sur ce guide pour rectifier cela : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p21728085

bonjour c'est encore moi et je signale que le même problème a repris plusieurs fois déjà. parfois après une longue paralysie les choses reviennent à la normale d'autre fois je suis obligé d’éteindre avec le bouton d'allumage de mon pc. voici les nouvelles informations concernant mon pc :

Enfin quand j’écrivais ceci au tout début, j’étais novice à présent je me rends compte que je l'ai placé dans la mauvaise rubrique et je voudrais la déplacer que faire ?
