Vous allez donner raison au réparateur informatique de Pimprelune avec votre débat alors que je mettrais ma main à couper qu'il suffit de retirer la carte graphique nVidia de son ordi... (@Pimprelune : Et je serais peut-être dispo pour venir le faire si tu es en Bretagne.)
Hahaha, ce n'était pas le réparateur (gros amoureux de Windown), juste l'employé du Franprix en face de chez moi, Caribou22.

Pas de surprise pour le moment. Les VGA et HDMI sont bien reliés à la carte mère.
Donc ton modèle est un Packard Bell iMedia S2870. Ne bouge pas, je t'envoie un tuto vidéo pour retirer la carte graphique ce soir.

Cependant, je me permets de vous informer que j'ai eu une énorme MAJ qui s'est présentée (via le Gestionnaire de MAJ), que je l'ai acceptée, et que ça va mieux (je n'ose dire que la vitesse est normale à rapide, des fois que ça me porterait la poisse) pour les ouvertures d'onglets, d'applications et tutti quanti.
Il y a quand même les liens de mes messages Thunderbird (Facebook, sites de défense animale, change.org) qui tardent à s'ouvrir, si bien que je clique encore et j'ai aussitôt deux onglets identiques qui se présentent à la suite...

Comme te la dit Caribou, les connecteurs sont bien soudées à ta MB, donc utilisables.
Par acquis de conscience, tu regarderas dans ton BIOS si par hasard il n'est pas nécessaire d'activer/sélectionner la sortie vidéo.

Le "crac" du levier de la carte n'étant pas forcément un souci : ces machins en plastique très dur ont tendance à être bruyants quand on les change de position

Non, pas vu de signaux indiens, michel_04, mais oui, j'ai vu que ça crame en Corse Grrrrrrrr (et dans le sud est aussi, non ?).
Il fait surtout lourd, mais chaud, ça va, l'année de la canicule, j'avais 42-46 ° dans l'appartement @0@, alors que là, je n'ai que 28, supportable
Et Plan de Campagne, c'est une horrrrrreur, pour la chaleur : vendredi dernier, j'y cuisais malgré la brise ! Tu as bien fait d'abandonner, le coin est affreux pour la circulation (véhicules et air), michel_04.

De toutes façons, le choix de la carte graphique est matériel. (S'il y a une carte graphique connectée en PCI, elle sert d'office.)
Donc je ne pense pas qu'il y ait quoi que ce soit dans le BIOS.
A défaut de pouvoir traverser la France, je te trouve un bon tuto d'ici ce soir

n'a pas été fait au moment opportun, c'est à dire quand l'ordi déconne.
Les retours ont été faits quand tout allait bien, donc forcément r.à.s.
Comme on n'a jamais eu de retour de lancement d'une appli depuis un terminal quand l'ordi rame, alors que ça a été suggéré ( sur ce fil ou l'autre ).
Donc oui statistiquement parlant une CG à driver proprio est un coupable potentiel, mais les diagnostics préalables ne sont pas faits.
Et vrai aussi que les toutes dernières m.à.j d'Ubuntu ( passées aujourd'hui chez moi ) comportaient pas mal d'éléments relatifs à la pile graphique ( mesa, xorg, intel, amd/radeon etc… )

Bref, j'essaye de capturer l'écran qui s'affiche et bien entendu, là, le message n'apparaît pas (à devenir barjo !)...
Ça remplacera les deux que je vais enlever, nam1962 ?

Les deux que tu vas enlever ne sont pas tant utiles :
- aujourd'hui tous les navigateurs et Goo alertent ou dégradent le classement des sites sans SSL (non https)
- firefox (et sûrement d'autres navigateurs) intègrent de plus en plus nativement des alertes sur les sites pourris
- wot n'apporte en réalité rien (tu parles à un gusse vexé qui un moment a cru que si).
Je vois l'alerte que tu as barrée, elle est, comment dire... étrange.
Un cookie LSO, grosso signale au monde entier quand tu allumes et éteint ton ordi et une partie de ce que tu y fais. (Et bien sûr bouffe ta bande passante, ce qui fatalement ralentit)
