[Résolu] Install réussie Lenovo Ideapad 120S
Bonjour,
Pour partage, je viens d'acquérir un Lenovo Ideapad 120S 14IAP. Ne le trouvant pas dans la liste des portables Lenovo, je me permet de faire un retour sur l'installation.
Le modèle exact est :
Ideapad 120S-14IAP
Intel Pentium N4200 1.1 GHz x4
4Go de RAM
SSD 128 Go
Intel HD Graphics 505
Il était pré-équipé Windows 10.
Au premier démarrage, je suis entré dans l'UEFI (touche F2 sur ce modèle) pour désactiver le secure boot et changer l'ordre du boot pour mettre l'USB en premier. Lancement immédiat d'une session USB Live qui n'a pas montré de problème.
Donc installation d'Ubuntu 18.04.01 dans la foulée en virant en même temps Windows 10 dont je n'ai pas besoin. Aucun souci rencontré. Testé à peu près tout sans aucun problème.

Pour info, peux tu donner :
sudo dmidecode -t 16
sudo dmidecode -t 17
Sinon, tu peux améliorer l'usage de la RAM avec :

Que toutes les tables DMI ne sont pas encodées à l'identique !
C'est pourquoi un grep tel-mot peut fonctionner sur un pc et donner un retour vide sur un autre.
Que donne chez toi
sudo dmidecode | grep -iC 11 "Supported Speeds:"
?
Sinon, le man contient plein d'astuces. Comme
sudo dmidecode -d /dev/mem
mais c'est très bavard ! (plus de 400 lignes, chez moi)
Ou encore
sudo dmidecode -t 19,20
ou simplement :
sudo dmidecode -t memory
