User choice: Is sdb (750GB) a removable disk? no
=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to) and reinstall the grub2 of sdb7 into the MBRs of all disks (except USB without OS).
Grub-efi would not be selected by default because: no-win-efi
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
Please do not forget to make your BIOS boot on sdb (750GB) disk!
The boot files of [The OS now in use - Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS] are far from the start of the disk. Your BIOS may not detect them. You may want to retry after creating a /boot partition (EXT4, >200MB, start of the disk). This can be performed via tools such as gParted. Then select this partition via the [Separate /boot partition:] option of [Boot-Repair]. (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BootPartition)

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="nomodeset"

Bonjour,

A savoir :

gksudo gedit /etc/default/grub
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="nomodeset"
APRÈS MODIF :
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""

lspci -v | grep -A 12 VGA

Kernel driver in use: nvidia
